Other features to consider are the bike’s resistance, which allows users, especially beginners, to adjust the tension and provide a lengthier, more challenging workout; magnetic brakes, a set of magnets that ups the ante on the workout challenge—the closer the magnet is to the flywheel, the harder it is to pedal.
