1. Exotic Seafood
Though seafood is good for women’s health, exotic seafood can negatively affect the well-being of a female. According to FDA reports, all exotic seafood, such as tilefish, mackerel, and swordfish are contaminated with mercury and are especially dangerous for women during pregnancy and lactation and when planning to conceive.
In the first case, they can provoke pathologies in the development of the baby’s neural tube, and in the second, they can reduce the woman’s fertility. Thus, if you are planning to have a dinner filled with exotic seafood, you must quit it.
2. Alcoholic Beverages
Drinking alcohol once in a while is alright, but if it becomes a regular part of your dinner table, then you must quit it. Drinking alcoholic beverages regularly can harm women’s health. Besides, experts believe there is an increase in alcohol-related health problems among women in Virginia, such as delayed periods, liver cancer, and breast cancer.

However, it is not true! If we talk about taste, then all drinks are for everyone’s taste, and if about benefits, then none of the carbonated drinks have it.

6. French Fries

A juicy steak may be a tempting dinner option; however, you must eat foods in moderation. Such dish is rich in saturated fat, which can cause heart diseases, breast and colon cancer. Besides, when the meat is cooked, a harmful substance called carcinogen forms in it.
This substance is really harmful to anyone, but for women, it is especially detrimental. So quit the idea of having juicy steak on a romantic dinner with a loved one.
9. Simple Carbohydrates And Fats
Try to avoid a combination of simple carbohydrates (flour, sugar, starchy vegetables like potatoes) and fats as much as possible. Not only is this a calorie bomb, but the calories are also sent straight to fat stores – the rising insulin will take care of this.
Therefore, if you are going to serve fatty chops on the table, let vegetables be a side dish, not rice or potatoes. If mashed potatoes would be a side dish, make the main course comprising of low-fat turkey, chicken, or fish. Also, avoid eating fried eggs if you want to stay fit.
